This is a clear acrylic lens and door frame for our 4 Bulb or 6 Bulb T5 & T8 high bay fixtures. This lens only fits 4 bulb or 6 bulb T5 & T8 High Bay fixtures with items numbers beginning with FHB they do not fit the Metalux High Bay Fixtures.
