The Future-Brite Electronic Ballast also features soft starting which increases bulb life and reduces lumen depreciation. This 1000W 120V/240V Electronic ballast includes built-in axial fans for excellent cooling and silent operation. Other features include built in fuse protection, two built-in fuses, thermal overload protection and sleep mode function. Future Brite electronic ballasts are light-weight at just 8lbs. This 1000 watt electronic ballast runs on 120V or 240v and include a 6ft. 120V power cord. For 240V purchase the 240V cord separately. NOTE: All Future-Brite ballasts are only compatible with Sun System Reflectors and come wired with Sunlight Supply's proprietary female bulb cord receptacle that fits their patented male bulb cord.
