We provide FREE
GROUND SHIPPING on
orders over $75.00 shipping within the U.S. lower 48 States. This does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or Canada.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders received after 6pm EST, holidays and weekends are processed the next business day. If an item is on back order you will be notified via email. Most orders ship in 2-3 business days. Total shipping time usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
- Your order will be delayed if we cannot verify your credit card information. If you are shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address you should call your credit card company and add that address as an alternate address on your account. If we cannot reach the credit card holder the order will be held until the information is verified.
- Orders are shipped
from several
warehouse locations across the
U.S. We attempt to ship from the closest warehouse location whenever possible. However if an item is out of stock your order will be shipped from another location and may take longer to arrive. If you need to know the exact delivery time please indicate that in the comments section of your order or call us at 888-765-6380. To determine approximate shipping

- We
ship to the United States and Canada
using UPS or FEDEX.
Choose from Ground,
Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. At our discretion we may
use other shipping methods such as
USPS or truck line. Large orders and oversized items will ship via truck line. If your order ships by truck, you will be contacted by the freight company to schedule delivery.
- Canadian
customers should select Standard
to Canada. Additional customs fees will be due to be paid by the customer COD upon delivery. These fees are based on the value of the merchandise and are calculated by UPS. For UPS customs fees go here. Note, we
cannot ship certain products to Canada
such as Tritium Exit Signs.
- Shipments to Hawaii,
Alaska, Puerto
Rico and APO/FPO addresses
select USPS Priority, UPS Ground, Next
Day or Second Day Air service. Certain
products cannot be shipped via USPS priority.
If you select
an invalid shipping method to your location
shipping charges will be automatically
added to your order and you will
be notified via email. If you order cannot
ship via the method that you selected
you will be notified.
- Shipping charges
are automatically calculated based
on the weight of the product and your
shipping zip code during checkout.
For UPS Ground shipments this is usually
your final shipping charge. If additional
shipping charges apply you will be
notified.
- If
you choose expedited shipping (Next
Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd
Day Air, 3 Day Select) additional
shipping charges may be added to your
order.
