Sales Tax, Shipping Time, & Methods


Sales Tax
As of August 1, 2011 we are only required to charge sales tax to customer's whose orders are shipping to the state of Florida. We no longer charge sales tax to customers in any other state.

Shipping Information
  • We provide FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $75.00 shipping within the U.S. lower 48 States. This does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO.
  • Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders received after 6pm EST, holidays and weekends are processed the next business day. If an item is on back order you will be notified via email. Most orders ship in 2-3 business days. Total shipping time usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
  • Your order will be delayed if we cannot verify your credit card information. If you are shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address you should call your credit card company and add that address as an alternate address on your account. If we cannot reach the credit card holder the order will be held until the information is verified.
  • Orders are shipped from several warehouse locations across the U.S. We attempt to ship from the closest warehouse location whenever possible. However if an item is out of stock your order will be shipped from another location and may take longer to arrive. If you need to know the exact delivery time please indicate that in the comments section of your order or call us at 888-765-6380. To determine approximate shipping time see the shipping chart below.
  • We ship to the United States ONLY using UPS or FEDEX. Choose from Ground, Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. At our discretion we may use other shipping methods such as USPS or truck line. Large orders and oversized items will ship via truck line. If your order ships by truck, you will be contacted by the freight company to schedule delivery.
  • Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses select USPS Priority, UPS Ground, Next Day or Second Day Air service. Certain products cannot be shipped via USPS priority. If you select an invalid shipping method to your location shipping charges will be automatically added to your order and you will be notified via email. If you order cannot ship via the method that you selected you will be notified.
  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the weight of the product and your shipping zip code during checkout. For UPS Ground shipments this is usually your final shipping charge. If additional shipping charges apply you will be notified.
  • If you choose expedited shipping (Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) additional shipping charges may be added to your order.

Southeast Customers: Your order should ship from Mount Juliet, TN 37122 via UPS.

Florida Customers: Your order should ship from Pompano Beach, FL 33069. Most orders shipping to Florida will ship from this warehouse.

Midwest Customers: If you live in CO, ND, SD, NE, WY, UT, KS, OK, NM, or TX - Your Order should ship from Denver, CO 80011 via UPS.

Northwest Customers: If you live in WA, OR, ID - Your Order should ship from Fruit Valley, WA 98660 via FEDEX or UPS.

California, NV, UT, CO, AZ, NM your order should ship from Ontario, CA 91761 or Livermore, CA 94550 via UPS or onTrac Delivery.
