Check the Ship Confirmation Email that you received to verify the shipper that was used. If your order was shipped using any shipper other than UPS or FEDEX use the links listed below to track your order. If you did not receive a ship confirmation email, check your spam/junk mail folders or call customer service at 888-765-6380 to get your tracking number and shipper information.
If an item is on Back Order you will be notified via email.
Your order will be delayed if we cannot
verify your credit card information.
In some cases we need to speak directly
to the cardholder before the order is
processed to avoid fraudulent activity.
If you are shipping your order to an
address other than the credit card billing
address you should call your credit card
company and add that address as an alternate
address on your account. If we cannot
reach the credit card holder the order
will be held until the information is
verified.
If you selected expedited shipping
(NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY AIR, 3 DAY SELECT)
and you must have the
item by a certain date indicate that
on your order form.
In these cases we will do our best to
expedite your order, however we cannot
guarantee delivery by that date.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number approximately 15 minutes after placing your order.
You will receive an email with your shipper and
tracking number when your order
ships.
If
you have spam blocker you may not receive your order confirmation email, shipping confirmation or other information about your order. Please check your junk mail
